A subtle oceanic flavour derived from local seaweed.

Experimenting with many local seaweeds, Reipatari (Himanthalia elongata) was selected to create this dry gin, due to its nutty fresh taste. This locally farmed seaweed is a natural botanical with complex flavours. This dry gin has a distinct, yet mild oceanic flavour. Seaweed is abundant around the islands in the middle of the North Atlantic Ocean. Smoothed with rhubarb and other local botanicals, it is a refreshing sipping gin.
