A subtle oceanic flavour derived from local seaweed.

Experimenting with many local seaweeds, Reipatari (Himanthalia elongata) was selected to create this dry gin, due to its nutty fresh taste. Seaweed is a highly sustainable natural botanical with complex flavours. This dry gin has a distinct, yet mild oceanic flavour. Seaweed is abundant around the islands in the middle of the North Atlantic Ocean. Smoothed with rhubarb and other local botanicals, it is a refreshing sipping gin.
